(ORAL) Through this petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for quashing FIR No.249 dated 27.09.2011 (Annexure P-1) under Sections 494, 506 IPC and Sections 9 and 10 of the Child Marriage Restraint Act registered at Police Station Tosham, District Bhiwani. Learned State counsel, on instructions from Head Constable Rajesh Kumar, contends that out of fifteen persons named in the FIR, ten were found innocent during investigation. Final report against five persons was filed in Court, who after trial have been acquitted on 11.7.2016. Therefore, the instant petition has rendered infructuous. Dismissed as infructuous.
