The petitioner has filed this second petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail in case FIR No.187 dated 9.6.2018 registered for the offences under Sections 406, 420 and 506 IPC at Police Station Ambala City, District Ambala.

I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner and have gone through the record.

Learned counsel for the petitioner mainly argued on the merits of the case and has not pointed out any changed circumstances. The first petition for anticipatory bail filed by the petitioner has already been dismissed vide order dated 3.8.2018 passed by this Court and it was held that the present petitioner is required for custodial interrogation. Cr. Misc. No.M-34554 of 2018 [2] not find it a fit case where the petitioner is entitled for the grant of anticipatory bail.

Therefore, finding no merit in this petition, the same is dismissed.
