Only prayer made in this petition is for proper investigation of FIR Nos. 110 dated 14.07.2013 registered at police station Makhu and FIR No. 103 dated 19.06.2014 registered at police station Makhu.

Learned State counsel, on instructions from H.C. Gurbachan Singh, who is present in court, assures the court that in case investigation in both the cases is still pending, same shall be expedited.
