State of Punjab .............Respondent CORAM: HON'BLE MR.JUSTICE JASWANT SINGH Present:- Mr.Sunil Agnihotri,Advocate for the petitioner Ms.Rimplejeet Kaur,AAG Punjab Jaswant Singh,J.(Oral) Petitioner, a 60 years old lady claims to have returned a loan of Rs.7 lacs raised from the private respondents 6 and 7 i.e. Jagjit Singh and his son Harjinder Singh, although no receipt is available. She claims that her husband is living in USA and the police at the instance of private respondents is harassing her by time and again summoning her to appear in police station.

The learned State counsel was requested to verify the facts. She on instructions from HC Avtar Singh submits that a counter complaint has been filed by the said private respondents 6 and 7 alleging that the petitioner has received a sum of Rs.10.50 lacs for sending Harjinder Singh to USA. Neither money has been returned nor the said son has been sent abroad.

CRM-M 33603/2015 complaints and as per State counsel both complaints are under investigation, which shall be concluded at the earliest. In view of the above,no further directions are required to be passed.
