By way of present petition filed under Section 439 CrPC, prayer has been made for grant of regular bail pending trial in case FIR No.0204 dated 27.11.2022 registered under Sections 420 IPC and Section 13 of Punjab Travel Professionals (Regulation) Act 2014, at Police Station City Nawanshahr, District S.B.S. Nagar. 2.
On 03.05.2023 this Court passed the following order:- "By way of present petition filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C., prayer has been made for grant of regular bail to the petitioner pending trial in case FIR No.0204 dated 27.11.2022 (Annexure P-1), under Section 420 IPC and Section 13 of Punjab Travel Professionals (Regulation) Act, 2014, registered at Police Station City Nawanshahr, District SBS Nagar.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the dispute in the present case is purely of commercial nature and the FIR in question has been registered against the petitioner merely for the purpose of arm twisting. Learned counsel further submits that the investigation in the present case already stands concluded with the filing of challan and the petitioner has already TEJWINDER SINGH 2023.05.12 14:49 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

He also submits that in order to show his bona fide, the petitioner is willing to pay Rs.1 lakh to the complainant within a period of 7 days from today. He also points out that in the same FIR, the wife of the petitioner, who was arrayed as accused has already been granted the concession of interim bail by this Court vide order dated 28.02.2023.
List on 12.05.2023.
In the meanwhile, the petitioner is ordered to be released on interim bail, subject to his furnishing bail bonds/surety bonds to the satisfaction of the trial court. In view of the aforesaid offer given by the petitioner, he is directed to bring a demand of Rs.1 lakh in the name of complainant on the next date of hearing." 3.
Today learned counsel appearing on behalf of petitioner submits that a draft of Rs.1,00,000/- has already been handed over to complainant the day before yesterday and this fact has even been corroborated by the learned counsel appearing on behalf of complainant.
