(ORAL) The present first petition has been filed under Section 438 of the Cr.P.C. seeking anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.57 dated 11.02.2023, registered under Sections 186, 188, 379, 353 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, and Section 21(1) of the Mines and Minerals Act, 1957, at Police Station Ferozepur Jhirka, District Nuh. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that pursuant to the interim order dated 17.04.2023, the petitioner has joined the investigation. Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Bhupinder, submits that the petitioner has joined the investigation and is not required for further investigation.

In view of the above, the present petition is allowed. Interim order dated 17.04.2023, passed by this Court, is made absolute.
