This common order shall dispose of above mentioned two petitions as they arise out of same FIR.

There is no representation on behalf of the petitioners as well as respondents No.2 to 7 today. Report from the trial Court has also not been received. A perusal of record reveals that previously also, the parties were given direction to appear before the trial Court and record their statements vide order dated 05.11.2020, which had not been complied with. 3.

It appears that the parties are not interested to pursue the present petition.

Hence the same is dismissed in default for non-prosecution. 5.
