Petitioner Rahul Swami, aged about 29 years son of Sh. Dilbag, resident of Near Primary School Hindol, City Hindol, Tehsil Charkhi Dadri, District Bhiwani craves for issuance of a direction to the official respondents for quashing/setting aside the impugned waiting list dated 17.5.2021 in which petitioner has not been selected under BCA category despite being the fact that he had secured 65 marks, which are cut-off marks and he is elder in age to the last selected candidate. His further grouse is that he has not been given 5 marks despite being an orphan and he was entitled to grant of such marks as per advertisement inserted for the post and as per rules.
