       Through this petition, the petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in case FIR No.34 dated 13.04.2019, registered at Police Station Bareta, District Mansa, under Sections 420 and 120-B IPC. Vide order dated 13.05.2022 passed by a Coordinate Bench, the petitioner had been granted ad interim pre-arrest bail and directed to join investigation.

Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Karnail Singh, submits that pursuant to the order dated 13.05.2022 passed by the Coordinate Bench, the petitioner has joined investigation and is now not required for any further investigation.
