M.M.S. BEDI, J (ORAL) Petitioner is alleged to have maltreated complainant Pooja who was married to him on 11.2.2012.

The matter was referred to the Mediation and Conciliation Centre of Punjab and Haryana High Court. It appears that after failure of mediation proceedings, the parties have decided to part company on payment of lump sum amount as maintenance to the complainant.

Counsel for the complainant has submitted that as per the information supplied the matter has been compounded subject to the terms of the compromise which are to be complied with by both the parties.

This petition is allowed. It is ordered that in case of RAJ KUMAR ARORA 2015.02.27 15:37 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

CRM-M-33690-2014 (O&M) arrest of the petitioner he will be released on bail to the satisfaction of the arresting officer subject to the conditions that the parties will comply with the terms of the compromise. In case of violation of any of the conditions, it will be open to the complainant to approach this Court for cancellation of the order.
