***** RAJAN GUPTA , J. (Oral) Learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Tek Chand submits that out of eleven witnesses cited by the prosecution, eight have been examined. Prosecution shall endeavour to conclude its evidence at the earliest. It has also been pointed out that on one date of hearing, case could not proceed further due to absence of the son of the petitioner, who is also an accused.

In view of the above, no case for enlarging the petitioner on bail is made out at this stage. Dismissed.

Trial court shall, however, endeavour to conclude the trial at the earliest, preferably within three months. Needless to say accused is expected to co-operate with the proceedings.
