NAMIT KUMAR J. (Oral) As per office report, notices issued to respondents No.1 and 2, have not been received back served or otherwise. Respondent No.3 has been served.

A perusal of the orders dated 14.01.2013 and 04.02.2013, shows that the appellant has died, however, his LRs have not been brought on record, despite the fact that son of the appellant had appeared on 14.01.2013, before the Daily Pre-Lok Adalat. In view of the above, the present appeal is dismissed for non-prosecution with liberty to the LRs of appellant to revive the same, if anything still survives.
