ARVIND SINGH SANGWAN, J. (Oral) The petitioner prays for grant of anticipatory bail in FIR No.36 dated 29.03.2019, registered under Sections 457 and 380 IPC at Police Station Cantt. Bathinda, District Bathinda. The operative part of the order dated 11.04.2019, vide which interim anticipatory bail has been granted to the petitioner, is reproduced as under:- "....Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is delay of 47 days in reporting the case of theft to the police and even as per the CCTV footage, the person, who has committed the theft, was having muffled face. Notice of motion for 01.05.2019...."
Counsel for the petitioner has submitted that, in pursuance to the order dated 11.04.2019, the petitioner has appeared before the Investigating Officer and has joined the investigation. In view of the above, this petition is allowed and the interim bail granted to the petitioner vide order dated 11.04.2019 is made absolute subject to the conditions envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
