* +,-!!&.+           The present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed for quashing of FIR No. 87 dated 14.4.2018, registered under Sections 323, 324, 148, 149 IPC (Sections 307 and 325 IPC added later on) at Police Station Meharban, District Ludhiana and all consequential proceedings arising therefrom on the basis of compromise dated 20.3.2019, Annexure P-2.

Learned counsel for UT, Chandigarh on instructions from ASI Ranjiv Kumar informs the Court that the petitioners have already been acquitted by learned trial Court vide judgment dated 27.1.2021, copy of which, has been produced and taken on record as Mark 'A', and thus, the present petition has been rendered infructuous. In view of the above, the present petition stands disposed of as having been rendered infructuous.
