Petitioners have filed this petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for issuance of directions to respondents No. 1 to 3 to protect their life and liberty from the hands of respondents No. 4 and 5.

Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that marriage of the petitioners was solemnized on 28.9.2015. Certificate (Annexure P-3) in this regard has been issued by Prachin Shri Shiv Mandir, M.D.C., Panchkula. Photographs of marriage ceremony are annexed as Annexure P-4. Life and liberty of the petitioners be protected.

Accordingly, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, in case the petitioners approach Superintendent of Police, Fatehabad within one week from today, for protection of their GURPREET SINGH 2015.10.01 16:17 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document
