The present contempt petition has been filed for deliberate and intentional disobedience of order dated 27.11.2025 passed by this Court in CWP-35167-2025, whereby respondents were directed to decide the claim of the petitioners by passing a speaking order. 2.

In compliance of the order dated 27.11.2025 passed by this Court in CWP-35167-2025, affidavit dated 02.05.2026 of Ashima Brar, IAS, Commissioner and Secretary, Energy Department, Government of Haryana, along with copy of speaking order dated 01.05.2026 (Annexure R-1) and copy of advise of Finance Department, Haryana (Annexure R-2), has been VIRENDRA SINGH ADHIKARI 2026.05.21 19:47 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

filed on behalf of the respondents in the Registry. The same is taken on record.

A perusal of the said affidavit shows that order dated 27.11.2025 passed by this Court in CWP-35167-2025 has been complied with.

In view of the above, since order dated 27.11.2025 passed by this Court in CWP-35167-2025, has been complied with, therefore, the present contempt is purged and rule stands discharged. 5.

Needless to say that the petitioners are at liberty to avail remedy as is available to them in accordance with law to challenge the said speaking order dated 01.05.2026.
