Present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for quashing of impugned order dated 24.04.2018 (Annexure P4), passed by the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Amritsar, whereby petitioner was declared proclaimed offender in case FIR No. 70 dated 07.08.2013, registered under Sections 420, 467 & 468 IPC at Police Station Kathu Nangal, Amritsar Rural.

Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that petitioner is ready to surrender before the learned trial Court and face trial. Notice of motion.

On asking of the Court, Mr. Rajat Bansal, Assistant Advocate General, Punjab accepts notice on behalf of respondents No.1 & 2. A complete copy of paper-book be provided to him during the course of the day.
