Petitioners, Jaspreet Kaur, aged 24 years, and Sevak Singh, aged 19 years, have filed instant petition for seeking protection to their lives and liberty, which is stated to be at danger at the hands of respondents No.4 to 12.

Counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioner No.1 is unmarried, whereas, petitioner No.2, is though major, but not of marriageable age, however, he is already stated to be married with some one. On being asked by the Court, counsel for the petitioners has disclosed the name of the wife of petitioner No.2 as 'Sandeep Kaur'. 3.

It is noticed by the Court that neither said Sandeep Kaur is party, nor anything about her, is mentioned in the present petition. 4.

Order dated 28.04.2023, says as under:- "
