Joga Singh v. State Of Punjab And ORS
IN THE HIGH COURT OF PUNJAB AND HARYANA
AT CHANDIGARH CRM-M No. 33681 of 2017 DATE OF DECISION :- January 25, 2018 Joga Singh
...Petitioner
Versus
State of Punjab and others
...Respondent
CORAM:
HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE H.S. MADAAN Present:- None for the petitioner.
*** Nobody has turned up to represent the petitioner, though case has been called for the 2nd time after pass over. Similar was the position on the earlier two dates of hearing.
I have gone though the record. By way of filing the present petition, petitioner Joga Singh craves for setting aside the impugned order dated 12.2.2015 passed by JMIC, Hoshiarpur vide which application under Section 319 Cr.P.C. for summoning of additional accused was dismissed and further request for setting aside of order dated 14.5.2015 vide which Criminal Revision No. 38 of 2015 titled as Joga Singh V. State of Punjab and others filed by the petitioner had met the same fate. Both the impugned orders are well reasoned and no illegality or infirmity is found to be there. I do not find any reason to interfere with such orders exercising jurisdiction under Section 482 Cr.P.C., therefore the petition stands dismissed.
