***** SABINA, J Petitioner has filed this petition under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 seeking anticipatory bail in FIR No.421 dated 28.06.2015, under Sections 148, 149, 323, 324 and 326 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, registered at Police Station City Fatehabad.

While issuing notice of motion, following order was passed by this Court on 01.10.2015:- "Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that no injury is attributed to the petitioner. Notice of motion for 16.10.2015.

List along with CRM-M-25107 of 2015.

In the meantime, in the event of arrest, petitioner be admitted to interim bail subject to the satisfaction

Learned State counsel who is assisted by Sub Inspector Hanuman Singh has submitted that the petitioner has joined investigation and is not required for further investigation.

Accordingly, interim bail granted to the petitioner by this Court vide order dated 01.10.2015, is made absolute. Petition stands disposed of accordingly.
