Learned counsel for the petitioner faced with the fact that the parents were granted the concession of anticipatory bail only on the assurance that the son i.e. the present petitioner- Harpreet Singh will come back from Dubai before the next date of hearing, failing which the concession of anticipatory bail granted to them shall also be reconsidered. Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition, at this stage.

Accordingly, the present petition stands dismissed as withdrawn, at this stage.
