Though quantity recovered from the petitioner, i.e., 980 intoxicant tablets containing 176 grams of 'Tramadol', which is non-commercial quantity, against the maximum of non-commercial quantity, i.e., 250 grams under the NDPS Act., yet, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he be allowed to withdraw present petition at this stage.
