Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the petitioner had been working as a Salesman in the Cooperative Society for over 38 years. He was verbally informed that he cannot continue beyond 28th February, 2020 but no order was passed in this regard and the retiral dues of the petitioner have also not been disbursed. He also submits that although the petitioner had made an application (Annexure P-5) in this regard to respondent No.2 but no action has been taken thereon. He also contends that the petitioner would be satisfied if a direction be issued to respondent No.2 to consider and decide his representation/application (Annexure P-5). Issue notice to the respondents.

At the asking of the Court, Mr. Ravinder Singh Dhull, Addl. AG, Haryana accepts notice on behalf of the respondents. The petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2 to consider and decide the representation/application (Annexure P-5) of the petitioner in accordance with law within a period of one month.
