Petitioner has filed this petition under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 seeking regular bail in FIR No. 133 dated 9.11.2012 under Section 302, 148, 149 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, registered at Police Station Raman, District Bathinda.

Heard.

Learned State counsel, who is assisted by Assistant Sub Inspector Budh Singh, has submitted that prosecution has concluded its evidence.

Hence, at this stage, no ground for grant of bail to the petitioner is made out.

Dismissed.
