ARVIND SINGH SANGWAN, J. (Oral) Prayer in this petition is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in FIR No.149 dated 13.08.2017 registered under Sections 409, 420 and 120-B IPC at Police Station Samana, District Patiala. Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner, in pursuance to the order dated 15.09.2017, has already appeared before the Investigating Officer and joined the investigation. It is further submitted that the anticipatory bail granted to the co-accused of the petitioner namely Manjinder Singh Virk has already been confirmed by this Court vide order dated 14.11.2017 passed in CRM-M No.33566 of 2017.

Counsel for the State, on instructions from ASI Gurmeet Singh, has not disputed the factual position and submits that the petitioner is no more required for any further investigation. In view of the above, the petition is allowed and the interim bail granted to the petitioner vide order dated 15.09.2017 is made absolute subject to the conditions envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
