After arguing the case for sometime, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw this petition to enable the petitioner to surrender before the learned Special Court and thereafter seek regular bail, especially on medical grounds.

Dismissed as withdrawn.

We have no reason to doubt that as and when the petitioner would apply for regular bail on medical grounds or otherwise, the said application shall be considered by the learned Special Court sympathetically and in accordance with law.
