*** The case has been taken up through Video Conferencing. As per office report, complainant respondent No. 2 Rajesh Kumar served through his father but has not put in appearance. Learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Hem Raj has stated that as a result of investigation carried out in the matter, both the petitioners have been declared to be innocent whereas the challan has been filed against the other accused whose involvement was found to be there in the incident. He has stated that it being so, the petitioners are not required to be arrested by the investigation agency at this stage.

Faced with such situation, learned counsel for the petitioners states that he be permitted to withdraw the present petition at this stage. Permission is granted.
