This petition is filed for grant of anticipatory bail in FIR No. 25 dated 23rd April, 2021, under Section 379 IPC and Section 21 (3) of the Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation) Act, 1957, registered at Police Station Arif Ke, District Ferozepur. This Court vide order dated 6th September, 2021 granted the interim bail subject to joining investigation. Learned State Counsel, on instructions from ASI Sukhdev Singh submits that the petitioner has joined the investigation and is co-operating.

As no custodial interrogation is needed, the interim bail granted on 6th September, 2021 is made absolute. Disposed of accordingly.
