***** SABINA, J Petitioners have filed this petition under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 seeking anticipatory bail in FIR No.646 dated 08.09.2015, under Sections 306 and 34 of Indian Penal Code, 1860, registered at Police Station City Yamuna Nagar, District Yamuna Nagar. While issuing notice of motion following order was passed by this Court on 01.10.2015:- "Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the daughter of the petitioners had performed marriage with the deceased without their consent. The deceased has not left behind any suicide note. In fact, the deceased was unemployed and drunkard.

In the meantime, in the event of arrest,

(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973. " Learned State counsel who is assisted by Assistant Sub Inspector Zile Singh has submitted that the petitioners have joined investigation and are not required for further investigation.
Accordingly, interim bail granted to the petitioners by this Court vide order dated 01.10.2015, is made absolute. Petition stands disposed of accordingly.
