**** MANJARI NEHRU KAUL , J. (Oral) This is the second petition filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case FIR No. 87, dated 08.07.2018, under Sections 302 and 34 IPC (later on 34 of IPC omitted and Sections 201, 120-B of IPC and Section 3 of the SC/ST Act were added), registered at Police Station Sadar Rewari, District Rewari.

Learned State counsel on instructions has apprised the Court that the trial is nearing completion, as the statement of the accused under Section 313 Cr.P.C. has since been recorded. She has further submitted that in the circumstances, there is every likelihood that the trial shall conclude within the next couple of months.

In the circumstances, no ground is made out to extend the concession of regular bail to the petitioner, since the prosecution evidence is likely to conclude very shortly.

Petition stands dismissed.
