This is a petition that has been filed seeking parole during the pendency of the sentence awarded to the petitioner in FIR No.820 dated 10.08.2017 under Sections 379-A, 34 IPC registered at Police Station City, Ballabgarh, District Faridabad.

At the time of notice of motion issued, counsel for the petitioner had submitted that the petitioner had applied for parole, which stood rejected.

As per the custody certificate, the convict was released on 27.08.2020 for four weeks parole for house repair with a direction to surrender on 25.09.2020, but the parole was extended time and again. In fact, the convict has surrendered on 10.10.2021 after availing parole/special parole for a period of 58 weeks and 2 days.

A perusal of zimni orders would reflect that no one has been putting in appearance on behalf of the petitioner for the last several hearings PANKAJ KUMAR 2021.12.03 14:58 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

CRWP No.4462 of 2020 (O&M) -2i.e. on 25.09.2020, 27.10.2020, 08.12.2020, 09.02.2021 and same is position today. The matter has been called but no one has put in appearance on behalf of the petitioner through video conferencing. Therefore, this Court has no hesitation in dismissing the instant petition, taking into consideration that the petitioner has already availed parole of 58 weeks 2 days and has surrendered recently i.e. on 10.10.2021.
