(ORAL) After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the order passed by the learned Tribunal is appealable before District Magistrate under Section 16 of the Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizens Act, 2007, being appellate authority, hence, petitioner be allowed to withdraw this writ petition with a liberty to avail the said remedy for the redressal of his grievance as raised in this writ petition, at this stage. Ordered accordingly.
