Prayer in the present petition is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.09 dated 29.01.2025, under Sections 333, 304(2), 115(2), 351(3), 191(3) and 190 of BNS, 2023, registered at Police Station Bajakhana, District Faridkot.

Status report by way of affidavit dated 01.11.2025 of Mr. Iqbal Singh, PPS, DSP, Sub-Division Jaitu, District Faridkot on behalf of respondent has been filed in Court today and the same is taken on record. Copy has been supplied to learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.

Vide order dated 12.09.2025, while granting interim protection, the petitioner was directed to join investigation. 4.

Learned State counsel, on instructions, has stated that petitioner
