The present petition has been filed under Section 528 of BNSS (old Section 482 Cr.P.C) for issuance of necessary directions to the respondents No.2 and 3 to take action as per law against respondents No. 4 to 6 as well as their other employees who forcibly and illegally took away the tractor bearing Registration No.HR-05-B-8064 of the petitioners by breaking the lock.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that for redressal of their grievance, the petitioners have filed a representation dated 07.03.2026 (Annexure P-3) before respondent No.2, however, no action has been taken thereon till date.

After hearing learned counsel for the parties and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No. 2 to consider and decide the representation dated 07.03.2026 (Annexure P-3) filed by the petitioners, in accordance with law, by passing a speaking order, as expeditiously as possible.

It is, however, clarified that this order shall not be construed as an expression on the merits of the case nor shall it be treated as granting any immunity to the petitioners from any legal action, if otherwise warranted in accordance with law.
