State of Punjab and others .............Respondent CORAM: HON'BLE MR.JUSTICE JASWANT SINGH Present:- Mr.Rahul Bhargava,Advocate for the petitioner Jaswant Singh,J.(Oral) Petitioner is seeking a direction to the Commissioner of Police, Amritsar for safeguarding his life at the instance of Jasbir Singh,DSP(Respondent no.4) and Parminder Kaur(respondent no.5). It is submitted that there is a civil dispute raised by Parminder Kaur regarding purchase of her house by one Sarabjit Singh. Petitioner has no relation with said Sarabjit Singh, still he is being harassed by the police at the instance of Parminder Kaur. It is apparent that with regard to this direction this Court vide order dated 20.7.2015(P-5) has already directed the Commissioner of Police,Amritsar to look into the grievance of the petitioner and take appropriate action in accordance with law.

After hearing learned counsel for the petitioner no case for issuing such direction all over again is made out. Disposed of accordingly.
