(ORAL) The instant petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the petitioner for issuance of a direction to respondent No. 2 to protect the life and liberty of the petitioner at the hands of the private respondents. In this regard she has also approached the authorities by way of representation dated 02.08.2017 (Annexure P-1).

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he would be satisfied if respondent No.2 be directed to look into the representation dated 02.08.2017 (Annexure P-1), in a time bound manner. Notice of motion.

Mr. Abhaypal Singh Gill, learned Asstt. A.G., Punjab, who is present in the Court, accepts notice on behalf of the State. Three copies of the petition have been handed over to him by learned counsel for the petitioner.
