ARVIND SINGH SANGWAN, J. (Oral) The petitioners pray for grant of anticipatory bail in FIR No.126 dated 18.03.2019 registered under Sections 323/506 IPC (Section 325 IPC added later) at Police Station City Tohana, District Fatehabad.
The operative part of the order dated 11.04.2019, vide which interim anticipatory bail has been granted to the petitioners, is reproduced as under:- "....Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that in the alleged incident, even petitioner No.2 has sustained injuries and has placed on record photocopy of MLR of petitioner No.2.
Notice of motion for 01.05.2019...."

CRM-M No.16680 of 2019 Counsel for the State, on instructions from ASI Ishwar Singh, has not disputed the aforesaid fact and submits that the petitioners are no more required for further investigation. In view of the above, this petition is allowed and the interim bail granted to the petitioners vide order dated 11.04.2019 is made absolute subject to the conditions envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
