He has placed reliance on an order dated 28.04.2021 passed in a case i.e. CWP-9183-2021 titled as 'Davinder Kumar & ors. versus State of Punjab and ors.' Mr. Tinna, learned State counsel submits that in case the said representation has been received in the office of the concerned authority, same shall be looked into and appropriate decision shall be taken thereon keeping in view the facts and circumstances of the case.
