Vide order dated 16.04.2024, petitioner was granted interim protection. Today, petitioner's counsel submits that he has instructions to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file fresh with better particulars. Given above, petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. Interim orders dated 16.04.2024 and 15.05.2024, are recalled. Pending applications, if any, stand disposed of.
