SUVIR SEHGAL, J. (Oral) This is a petition for quashing of FIR No.177 dated 05.08.2011 under Sections 420, 406 and 120-B of Indian Penal Code, 1860, registered at Police Station City Sunam, District Sangrur on the basis of compromise , Annexure P-2.

Learned State counsel upon instructions from SI Darshan Singh submits that on the basis of compromise entered into between the petitioners and respondent No.2, prosecution has filed the un-traced report which has been accepted by the trial Court.

In view of above, the present petition has been rendered infructuous and is dismissed as such.
