(Oral) At this stage, counsel for the respondent submits that in the petition under Section 8 and 10 of the Guardian and Wards Act, bearing No. GW/09/2023 titled "Baljinder Singh v/s Gurbax Kaur", which is pending in the Family Courts, Moga, filed at the instance of the applicant, the respondent has already made a statement that he has no objection, if the applicant is appointed as guardian of Jashanpreet Kaur, daughter, born from the wedlock of the parties to the lis. This statement was recorded on 05.02.2024 and on these terms, it was stated by the counsel for the respondent that he has no objection if the guardian petition is allowed. Counsel for the respondent today submits that the respondent shall not be making any request for the visitation rights also.  TA-490-2024 so made, but on account of submissions made aforesaid by the counsel for the respondent, she submits that she does not want to pursue with the present application and the same be dismissed as withdrawn. Ordered accordingly.
