Aggrieved by order dated 30.01.2020 whereby application filed by the petitioner for release of his car I-20 Aashtha bearing Engine No. 392230, Chassis no. 431024 on superdari was dismissed by the Court of Ld. Additional Sessions Judge, the petitioner has come up before this Court by filing the present revision petition. 2.

In pursuance of order dated 01.12.2025, State counsel on instructions submits that in the FIR captioned above, charges have been framed for commission of offence punishable under Section 15 of NDPS Act and out of total 09 prosecution witnesses, 04 PWs have been examined.

On the last date of hearing, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Same is the position today also.

Given above, the present petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. All pending applications, if any, stand disposed of.
