Petitioner has filed this petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 seeking a direction to respondents No. 1 and 2 to transfer the investigation of FIR No. 96 dated 25.2.2015 under Section 306 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, registered at Police Station South Sector-34, Chandigarh to Crime Branch of Chandigarh Police. Learned counsel for the Administration, who is assisted by Assistant Sub Inspector Krishan Dev Singh, has submitted that challan is ready and will be presented in the Court within one week from today.

In view of the submissions made by learned counsel for the Administration, no ground for further interference by this Court, is made out.

Petition stands disposed of accordingly.
