NIDHI GUPTA J. (Oral) Prayer in this petition is for quashing of FIR No.111 dated 29.6.2013, under Sections 406 and 498-A IPC, registered at Police Station Samrala, District Ludhiana (Annexure P-1) and all the subsequent proceedings arising therefrom.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that since the petitioners have been acquitted by the learned trial Court, therefore, the present petition has become infructuous and the same may be disposed of as such.
