Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the petitioner had earlier preferred CWP-19821-2014 which was disposed of by this Court on 14.09.2016 with liberty to the petitioner to file an appeal before the Appellate Authority within a period of one month from the receipt of certified copy of this order and the Appellate Authority was directed to decide the same expeditiously. He also contends that respondent No.2 has not taken a final decision on the appeal till date although several representations have been sent including representations dated 20.01.2020 and 06.02.2020 respectively.

Issue notice to the respondents.

At the asking of the Court, Mr. Ravinder Singh Dhull, Addl. AG. Haryana accepts notice on behalf of the State and states that the matter is under consideration of the Appellate Authority and decision would be taken expeditiously. Consequently, the petition is disposed of with a direction to the Appellate Authority to decide the appeal in accordance with law within a period of three months from now.
