1. By way of the present revision petition, the order dated 13.02.2026 passed by the learned Civil Judge, Chandigarh (learned Trial Court) has been assailed.

2. After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioners limited his prayer to the grant of one opportunity to place on record certain documents, which are certified copies of the Court record.

3. Considering the fact that the petitioners are aged persons and are suffering from certain ailments, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to the learned Trial Court to afford one opportunity to the petitioners to place on record the aforesaid documents, subject to payment of costs of Rs. 20,000/. Out of the said amount, Rs. 5,000/ shall be deposited in the account of the State Legal Services Authority, Chandigarh, and the remaining amount shall be paid to the respondents.
