**** RAJ MOHAN SINGH, J.(Oral) Petitioner has preferred this petition for the issuance of an appropriate writ, order or direction especially in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to release the due payment qua the works done by the petitioner for the month of May, 2021 to August 2021 along with interest. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that period of contract of the petitioner was upto 30.11.2021, but the contract was discontinued on 26.08.2021. Petitioner had done the work upto August 2021 and the payments were made upto April 2021. Petitioner is entitled for the payments for the month of May, 2021 to August, 2021.
Petitioner has already filed a representation dated 02.08.2021 before respondent No.4 followed by detailed representation dated 28.10.2021 moved before the same authority i.e. respondent No.4. However, the aforesaid representations have not been decided so far. At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would be satisfied in case its representation dated 28.10.2021 is directed to be decided by respondent No.4 by passing a speaking order in accordance with law. Notice of motion.
On the asking of the Court, Mr. Vivek Chauhan, Addl. A.G., Haryana accepts notice on behalf of the respondents. In view of nature of order which this Court proposes to pass, there is no necessity of calling upon any response from the respondents at this stage, as no order prejudicial to the interest of any party is being passed.
This writ petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.4 to have a glance over the detailed representation dated 28.10.2021 filed by the petitioner and decide the same by way of passing an appropriate order in accordance with law.
It would be appreciated, in case the needful in the
