The petitioner through instant petition under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India is seeking setting aside of award dated 13.12.2004 whereby Labour Court has answered reference against him.

The petitioner was terminated on 15.07.1988 and served demand notice on 01.04.1999. The matter reached to Labour Court which vide impugned award has answered reference against workman. The Court has concluded that workman worked for 152 days and demand notice was served after 11 years from the date of termination. 3.

There is no representation of the parties. It appears that with efflux of time, the petitioner has lost his interest to pursue the matter. 4.

Dismissed for want of prosecution.
