Mr. Neeraj Poswal, Assistant Advocate General, Haryana. *** Learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Sunil Kumar from Police Station Mujessar, District Faridabad states that petitioner has since joined the investigation and as regard his stamp vendor register he has stated that the same has been lost regarding which he had got recorded DDR No. 1/MA dated 28.8.2014 with Police Suvidha Kendra. In that way his custodial interrogation is not required.

Under such circumstances, the interim bail granted to the petitioner on 13.9.2017 is made absolute, subject to his fulfilling conditions under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.

The petition stands allowed accordingly.
