(ORAL) Prayer in this petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is for issuance to directions to respondents No. 1 to 4 to protect the life and liberty of the petitioners from the hands of respondents No. 5 to 9. Learned counsel for the petitioners states that for the aforesaid relief, the petitioners have already submitted a representation dated 22.8.2017 (Annexure P-3) to Superintendent of Police, Karnal and at this stage, the petitioners would be satisfied if the direction is issued to respondent No. 3 to consider the aforesaid representation (Annexure P-3). Notice of motion to respondents No. 1 to 4 only. At the asking of the Court, Mr. Manish Bansal, DAG, Haryana, accepts notice on behalf of the State.
